Overall, they did an exceptional job and were organized and professional. There was some slight mis-communication initially and I'm not sure where the link in the chain was broken, but it appeared someone was mis-instructed on which skylight to take out, either that, or he couldn't read the plans, but I'm not sure. I think Interlock Roofing could have improved in two ways. First, the delivery personnel. They could either train them better on how to unload their equipment or have a second person come help out. I have a three story home, so it is not a one story bungalow where the roof can be seen easily. They should be taking pictures of flashings and other important areas to show the owner that the work was done properly in order to inspire confidence in their work.

A little more notice for when they would drop off materials. The material also sat for 3 months. They showed up on a windy day and had to come back. They had to remove snow before they could set the the roof. They could of done it in two days instead of one.
