Review: December 2, 2014 Completion: November 8, 2014We have a gravel driveway, so when it was time to remove the existing roof, I was concerned about nail removal and the likelihood that they would be buried and cause a flat tire. We did not park our cars in the driveway for few days. When the job was complete, there were still some nails around and a magnetic roller was not available for use. So, I did rent one and collected quite a few nails afterward. I do not blame the staff though and highly appreciate the work they did.

Once the new roof was installed we realized the old gutter covers could not be put back on. So there is some additional expense involved in that. In the future, that might be something to make the homeowner aware of. Maybe, new gutter covers could be part of the deal for the new roof.

When they put the starter strip they had to cut it because it was too high. Had they communicated with me they could have lowered the eavesdrops. When the manager came and told me that it was suppose to be above the roof and I believed it to be below the roof. I lowered it myself and they fixed it up.

There is still roofing material on our lawn and in our gutters that is now buried under the snow. Perhaps most problematic is the damage to our parking pad. The dumpster that was parked on our parking pad scrapped a large permanent gouge in our cement. Also, there are numerous chip marks in our concrete where a worker removed some ice.
