Then the attached garage is underneath that. When the snow slides off the top part, it builds up on top of the garage. I thought that with a metal roof the snow would slide off the garage, too. It concerns me that I have fair amount of heavy snow on top of the garage. I didn't think that would happen. When he had to be away the quality of the workmanship deteriorated and the end product was poorly done. My complaints acknowledged and were after the fact repaired after the fact. This was just a big deal to complain and take pictures of all my "problem areas" and to be honest these were just the things that I could see close up. There was a guy that stopped by a couple of times, but he only talked to the workers then left. They have taken care of the products, and I am very satisfied.

Interlock Roofing should have provided me with a more accurate start date. I also feel that Interlock Roofing needed more crew members to do the install. After it was installed everything was great but we didn't get to talk to them about going up on the roof afterwards and things like that. I tried to contact Interlock Roofing but they haven't gotten back to me. The warranty is a little different than what the salesman told us it would be.

We were informed in July/14 of a problem with being able to produce the material in the color we chose and had to select another color. Materials were delivered end of July and installed in September. We had to initiate the calls to ask the status of delivery and installation.
