The installer manager stated that they are not contracted to due the facia which is why the workmanship was poor quality.

The installation took about 8 days, were as with a full installation crew would have taken about 5 days. They were very prompt and courteous, they left the site very clean as well. We are very pleased and have told others to consider an Inter Lock roof when they are ready to renew their roof. We were concerned with delay in hearing back on the financing terms and payments, Valerie had to ask more than once to get the issue resolved. This was our only complaint, everything else about the roof we are happy with.

Not a big deal but a little frustrating.Should remind the work crew to check eaves troughs for roofing nails. Our downspouts empty onto our drive way. After the first big rain we had after the install I was picking up roofing nails off my driveway.Overall the crew was excellent.

My neighbors were really impressed . There was another house on my street getting a new roof at the same time and it took their crew a lot longer to complete the job.
