  Other than the scheduling, I didn't have any problems. They were really good people. The installer was competent. They were really good people, and I'm content with their products. The only problem I had was with the scheduler who didn't schedule the job on time and had an attitude. He wanted to argue about everything.

We had a hard time getting the appropriate information for our insurance company. It ended up leaving everything as is but it took so work. They need this information for other people and their insurance companies and the necessary codes.

The new roof was installed before the first snow fall but this seemed to happen because of a delay at another site. Better scheduling overall may have helped avoid this delay.
