  I think they could improve in their communication with the customer. I told them about the snow stoppers and where to place them and the salesman said you will not need them. Well, I need them. Everybody that sees my roof loves it. They did an excellent job and when they put up the other snow stoppers where they are needed it will be great.

  Interlock Roofing could have improved because they had one roofer that not show up one day and when this happened, it took another day to complete the project. This the second time I've had a roof put on in three years. This time was from tornado damage in my area. I am happy with them because I would not have asked them a second time.

  Their product is good. They should work on their communication. We would not have had a problem, if they would have called us, even if they would have had to put it off. Their communication skills is an area that they should improve on. We were asked whether it's noisy or not, since the installation. I'll have to say, it's not noisy.

  I found a lot of loose screws but they fell in the bushes. I talked to the crew and Jennifer, the lady managing it, and they said I could have the scraps. In the end they didn't leave me the scraps. If the answer was no then they should have said no.

  I did mention to Ray that the installing crew stared on a Friday left the roof exposed and it hailed that weekend. Then their truck broke down and even though all the working material was present, they did not take a cab over. All together they missed perfectly sunny days. Could you come and take the sign away?   The staff who came to do the work were not very communicative. The only discussion was if I asked any questions and the answers were very short and non-detailed. This may be due to English not being a first language, or just not normally working with the customers. The sign supplied could be made to handle wind better.   Nice product, but the job missed the original timeline (crews started in week 7 and a 2-day job became 7 days), causing holiday disruption; installers used screws instead of nails, one satellite dish was left misaligned (TV $150 credit) and the other still awaits service - full roof inspection planned for spring.

  The job was tentatively scheduled to be completed in October. The roof ended up being completed on December 21st. Part of the problem was a delay in receiving material because the product was a new to the market. A winter installation was not what I had in mind. The roof looks good. I will do a more thorough inspection in the spring once all the snow is melted. If I do not see any problems, I will be a happy camper.

  The one thing that we were disappointed in was clean-up afterward. The crew finished after dark just before Thanksgiving so I can understand how nails and metal scraps weren't seen. Timing was tough with the holiday too. At the same time, we needed things picked up so kids could play in the yard. I spent about 90 minutes doing a thorough clean up.
