  I would recommend the product but I would tell them to be very careful about the communication. They need to improve their communication. Bob told me that I would receive a check if I recommend people who buy from them. My friend Jim Brennan from Kappoch Cove is the one who referred me and he still has not gotten a check. It makes me think that you will not come through for me if I recommend people.

  The signs you install on the job sites are great, but cannot be recycled. They can probably be reused MANY times, so I think you should offer a way to return them for reuse, so they don't just go to landfills. The homeowner might even offer to meet someone from Interlock when they're in the area again, in order to return the sign for reuse.

  They stayed an extra day and took their time to finish the job correctly. They could have warned me that the skylight was going to break from snow. I need someone to fix my skylight an about a month (whenever my order comes in). Someone just needs to come out and install it because I'm ordering a skylight. I need some diverters of some sort to block ice from the skylight.

  Communication within this company is absolutely awful. Scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Materials were left in my driveway out in the rain for 2 weeks before installation. After incorrect information from the sales rep I purchased unneeded flashing for my skylight that cost me a restocking fee to return.   Now, the small problem with my interlock roof on the adjacent property was not handled nearly so well. It is a 10-year-old roof, and one tile has slipped out of place, allowing a squirrel into the roof. I called Interlock multiple times over several days on warm days leaving messages, and did not get a call back until after the weather turned cold. Communication issues meant the repair was significantly delayed.

  This was a steep roof and with only one employee on the job it took much longer than necessary. He took all appropriate safety precautions and wore safety gear but an extra person would have been safer and three times faster. Although not part of the original agreement, I requested some eave troughs to be replaced and gutter guards installed. I am still waiting for this work.

Interlock could be more consistent with treatment of customers and communication of information.   I really don't think that Interlock Roofing could have improved. The only thing that I was hoping for was that the job could have been done sooner. They were so busy and it couldn't be done any sooner. When you're anxious to get it done you want it done right away. We signed the paperwork in August and the roofing was done in January. On the whole, very positive. I love the quality of work. I really do love my roof and I'm very happy with it.

  Beyond the visit from the sales department, we felt there was very little communication. From purchase to installation we had no knowledge as to when the installation would take place, just a 2 month time frame. We didn't receive a follow up call after installation either. However, we did receive our loan application papers, left at our front door by fed ex with all our personal banking information inside. I love my roof but without your installation crew, Interlock has no customer service.
