We do not think it will last this winter. We were expecting a premium product for a premium price and got taken. The finished edge of some of our tiles has been cut off. There is no representation of your product on site except for the big arrow sign, not vehicles, clothing etc. Install manager (Jesse) was only here for a few hours for the entire install. One intaller signed off on the job with the leadmans name. Who are these people contracted by you? Why did the installers take a whole case of roofing back with them if I paid for them?

WE have neighbors who have had the same roof installed. I talked to them the other night and they have a different understanding about how to deal with their roof. We were given more information than them. I think they were mislead. We are really happy with it. We are very pleased.

This leaves the client wondering if they got value or were ripped off. See questions #2, #4, #7 and #12. To reiterate, we are concerned about the dormers and would expect Interlock to follow-up with this. Esthetically - very pleased with the job - which should be expected at this price.

The installers need to do a far better job tarping and controlling their garbage. It is not ok to throw nails, aluminum cuttings and other trash everywhere during the job and then just do a quick sweep afterwards. Installers need to be provided more complete info about the job from the sales rep. Do you really use U-haul trucks driven by slobs? Not good for your brand.

There is a piece of the roof that was not replaced. I voiced my concerns but they have not gotten back to me about talking to a manager. This was a few weeks ago. The sign in the front was left. Am I supposed to throw it away or is someone coming to pick it up?

I was told by Barry I was going to get a sign and because they did such a good job I do not want them to re-nig on our deal we had to put the sign up for potential customers and it has been over a month.
