I included my work number so that I could be reached if they needed me urgently, not for a satisfaction survey. I was in a work meeting and had already rejected a phone call on my cell phone from Guild Quality a few minutes earlier. I think it is completely inappropriate to use a work number for a survey.

Further, using the abbreviation “cc” in the contract to refer to credit card usage was misleading. I recommend actually using the words “credit card” to eliminate confusion and disappointment. The first one was done on a smaller house, and it was the best one done in the neighborhood from what I heard from friends and family.
