At one time they were supposed to show up on a Tuesday, then said Wednesday, then it was 3 weeks after that when they showed up. There is horrible communication between the installation people, that call to let you know, and the regional installation manager. The first one was done on a smaller house, and it was the best one done in the neighborhood from what I heard from friends and family. I am happy with the results, and with the next roofing done, I do think I have the best one in the neighborhood.

Their sales person, Mr. Brougham was extremely well versed in all of the products he displayed for us, demonstrating the pros and cons of each of them. He did NOT pressure us at all and allowed us to select the roof we wanted. There was a call back for a minor problem which they came out the next day and addressed and remedied the problem immediately.

They could have improved in cleaning at the end of the day to make sure materials aren't thrown all over the place. They tried because there was one individual that went around. Sometimes they missed, but it's not really a big deal. They did a good job installing the roof, and it looks nice.
