We had our whole house done by Interlock in 2005, we've only had one issue (wind damage) and they came out the next day to repair the damage. At the time we left a small overhang undone with plans of removing it, however our plans changed and the roof had deteriorated with the passing of time. I called and they were very receptive to coming out to inspect and then replace. The work was done quickly, on time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Interlock, you wont be sorry!

The Best Roof on Our Street ā€” Metal Roofing Review in Kitchener, ON

We had our Interlock Metal Roof installed in 2011 and recently experienced some damage to the flashing. I called and spoke with Cheri, the Office and Service Department Administrator, who promptly scheduled Brad to assess the issue at the next available time. Despite one of the coldest winter days, Brad repaired the flashing efficiently and at no charge. I may be biased, but every time I pull into our driveway, I truly believe we have the best roof on our street. I would highly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing (Ontario) Ltd.

Fast response and excellent work. The technician drop by within couple of days, found the cause, and provided quote. The price was reasonable for the work scope. They were able to secure the work slot as soon as the raining season was over and kept me informed on the schedule. In addition, they inspected remaining roof as well. Note: the leak was due to gutter pulling the corner flashing. The 10+ year Interlock roof tile remained good.

Toronto, ON Metal Roofing Review: Expert Attic Inspection, Insulation Fix & Solar Vent Installation

Had a metal roof installed a couple of years ago and love it. Had some issues lately and Ken (service technician and great guy) came to see the problem. He checked the roof and found no issues there. He then asked if he could go into the attic to have a look. When in the attic he noticed a few things including some missing insulation over the area that was having the issue. He re-spread the insulation and did a few other things as well which he thinks may resolve the problem. They also suggested adding a solar vent to move more air in the attic and came the next day to install it. Hopefully the problem is now resolved and I know that the roof is secure and also know that should I need more service they will promptly return. If considering a metal roof, contract these good folks!

Lifetime Metal Shingle Roof in Oakville, ON with Interlock Aluminum PVDF Coating and Transferable Warranty

I have a new roof installed by Interlock and very pleased with the professionalism and aesthetics. My builder roof lasted 12 years and I needed something more durable. I spent months talking to steel roof installers and the thing that bothered me most, is whether the company will be around long enough to support warranty issues. The coatings were also prone to fading and I was looking for a worry free product.

My research led me to select aluminum roofing with PVDF coating for durability and resistance to Color fade. The lifetime transferable warranty and fact that Interlock has been in business for over 40 years led me to contact the company.

Interlock staff are courteous and Bruce gave a very fair price with a no pressure quote. My roof has some features that could affect aesthetics and Bruce arranged for special considerations at those locations. The installers were very courteous, and took the time necessary to do a great installation. They respected my views as a home owner and provided regular updates on progress and solutions. The installers cleaned up debris at the end of each day and coordinated with my neighbours to minimize impact from the roofing job. When rain was in the forecast the crew worked tirelessly to complete roofing sections that would be vulnerable to rainfall.

Overall I am pleased with everyoneā€™s efforts and now hope the roof will be durable for many years.

Hamilton, ON Aluminum Shingles: Durable 2000 Installation With Quality Repairs and Happy Homeowner Testimonial

The roof was installed in 2000 by the previous owner. We had an issue were a couple of the shingles on the peak came off in very high winds, and was fixed quickly. No problems since then (almost 2 years ago now). Also, we removed a chimney for a fireplace (also installed by the previous owner), and needed the resulting hole patched. This was done very nicely and for a reasonable cost. Thank you!
