Metal Shingles Woodbridge, ON Review
Review: March 15, 2022Completion: December 31, 2021We are beyond thrilled at the level of professionalism and quality of workmanship that we received from everyone at the Interlock Metal Roofing company. From John Turnbull who was such a pleasure to deal with on sales day and jumped to our rescue when another metal roofing company left us stranded 5 months after promising us a roof and not delivering.

Metal Shakes Mukilteo, WA Review
Review: March 14, 2022Completion: February 12, 2022We needed the ability to communicate with our roofing crew. I am not going to be one of these people that says "They need to speak English" or anything. I suggest that the customer is at least given a phone number to text and the native language the crew uses and then we can use Google Translate to send simple messages back and forth. My wife and I really feel like communication can be improved a great deal. For example a good morning and good night text/email would be great. In the good… Read more →

Review: March 12, 2022Completion: February 28, 2022No hesitation recommending this firm to others. Especially when you need to get one firm to prime both the new roof and a solar addition on that new roof.

Metal Shingles Milwaukee, WI Review
Review: March 11, 2022Completion: February 14, 2022They could improve on communication, getting back to me. I got mixed messages with them about installation dates. At one time they were supposed to show up on a Tuesday, then said Wednesday, then it was 3 weeks after that when they showed up. There is horrible communication between the installation people, that call to let you know, and the regional installation manager. He told me I lied, that they weren't supposed to be there that day, so I called corporate, and they said yes, they were. Then… Read more →

Metal Shingles Plymouth, MA Review
Review: March 10, 2022Completion: March 3, 2022After I contacted Interlock the impression I was left with, was they wanted to educate me about the product. John the salesman that came to my home explained clearly the whole process and even took me to another house in my neighborhood to show me exactly what was involved and the end result. That was when I decided to go with them. Although it didn't get installed until the middle of winter everything held tight as they worked around snow and rain. I love the new roof and highly recommend… Read more →

Metal Shingles Plymouth, MA Review
Review: March 10, 2022Completion: March 3, 2022The cleaning up at the end of the day could improve. This is the second roofing job done by Interlock. The first one was done on a smaller house, and it was the best one done in the neighborhood from what I heard from friends and family. I am happy with the results, and with the next roofing done, I do think I have the best one in the neighborhood.

Metal Shingles Ennismore, ON Review
Review: March 10, 2022Completion: February 9, 2022After much research, we finally settled on Interlock for our new roof. Main reasons were their immediate responsiveness plus everyone made us feel important. Compared to all other companies contacted, Interlock was, by far, the most professional. Toma and his crew did an excellent install job plus were certainly experienced in handling winter conditions. The recent snow storm left considerable ice and snow which had to be cleared prior to starting each day. Would recommend Interlock Roofing to… Read more →

Metal Shingles West Boiylston, MA Review
Review: March 9, 2022Completion: February 11, 2022It's really important to have someone that speaks the customer's language on site so that issues can be raised and addressed. There were a couple of times that I noticed something and wanted to raise it but no one was on-site to talk with. Interlock should consider having an inspector come to review the installation after completion. If someone was looking for an installations to be installed without any careful watching, they would be disappointed with the result. The crew fixed everything we… Read more →

Staff at every stage were professional, courteous and wonderful to work with. We especially commend our salesman, Damon, and the installation team. The roof looks amazing and relieves the stress of thinking about any roofing needs in the future. Metal Roofing La Grange, IL Review
Review: March 3, 2022Completion: November 10, 2021The Interlock team was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Undertaking the re-roof of a 108-year-old home is a major process and investment. After speaking to many other roofers, we realized that Interlock offered the best value proposition, and we felt like they were going to be able to deliver on what they promised.

Aluminum Shingles Sherwood Park, AB Review
Review: February 15, 2022Completion: August 18, 2014Our Interlock roof was installed in 2014. We have had no problems or issues. Due to freeze / thaw cycles this winter we had some ice slide off our roof and damage a gooseneck vent (from a bathroom ceiling fan). Janer and his team replaced the vent and installed additional ice breaks to prevent future issues. **Positive: **Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value **Services: **Roof repair for storm & wind damage
