Due to freeze / thaw cycles this winter we had some ice slide off our roof and damage a gooseneck vent (from a bathroom ceiling fan). I contacted them in the beginning 0f June 2021 and by the end of June they had approved my claim. It took 8 months but they replaced my entire roof with no charge at all to me.

They could have improved in cleaning at the end of the day to make sure materials aren't thrown all over the place. They tried because there was one individual that went around. Sometimes they missed, but it's not really a big deal. They did a good job installing the roof, and it looks nice.

Review: January 12, 2022 Completion: December 31, 2021We are in the middle of a lawsuit because they destroyed our ceiling by not covering the unfinished roof when it rained. They could have improved by covering the unfinished roof when it rained. I am still waiting on my lawyer to see if they are going to honor the warranty. As I have said, now my roof is falling apart.
