We did have some high winds but they should have been better prepped. Wonderful product. This is the third roof where I have been involved. Two of my own homes and this one at the museum.

They could have just done a metal roof on that section instead of the underlayment. That would have been more ideal. I love the metal roofing. It was the way to go. There is a lifetime warranty.

The resolution took a long time to get figured out. We are really happy with the results, it just took longer then expected to figure out the resolution.

I was told several dates but it never materialized. I was also told someone would call me back and they never did. I had to do the calling. Communication from the office needs to be improved.

The person who sculpted the job and the installer did not make the same decisions for my roof. Honestly I do not know who was right or wrong.
