I showed it to Bruce and he said it will be replaced, and took pictures of the peeling paint. Looking forward to recommending Interlock, once the work mentioned above is redone. Paint peeling excessivly is not what I paid for or expected.

If we could get a better rate we would do our commercial building with standing seam, or pool both in to one loan at a better rate. We are paying 12% on our present loan.

I was worried that it would be a little too hard to do this in the middle of winter, but they did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a metal roof for their home. The only negative comment I have is the clean-up could have been a bit better. I covered my gutters after the roof was installed, and found a lot of debris in the gutters as well as on the ground.
