They could have improved on staffing--people who could physically work. Forget about people who do the administrative work--there are too many of them and not enough people to do the physical work. They were also unaware of the fact that there was damage to the interior.

They wanted to charge me $1k per square foot. Maybe for young people or million-dollar homes that would work, but for people like us, who are on a fixed income, or depending on what stage they are in their life, it's too high.

Review: October 9, 2019Completion: September 17, 2019We have had a lot of people ask us about our new roof, we have the big sign out in our yard and a lot of people have taken note of the sign and written down the information. We actually had someone stop by to look at the work that was being done and making remarks that they liked the roofing. I cannot think of any areas because they cleaned up after themselves, they did things in an orderly fashion and made sure we could get in and out of hour without issues.
