Review: October 24, 2019Completion: October 4, 2019They could improve the scheduling process & promptness for returning calls. I'm not sure if John was having issues with his email but sometimes I went long periods with no response and I had to reach out to him.

Metal Shingles Perth, ON Review
Review: October 23, 2019Completion: September 30, 2019The office staff could've been more punctual. There was a delay after Dave Brown submitted some work. I'd rate it as a 2.5-3 if I had to. For the most part, It was a very good install, and I'm very happy with the product.

Metal Shingles Port Orchard, WA Review
Review: October 23, 2019Completion: August 15, 2019Better coordination/involvement between Ross & the installers. To improve the transition process from the Sales Rep to the Installation Rep, so the customer knows that the sales and installation are on the same page.

Metal Shingles Hannon, ON Review
Review: October 23, 2019Completion: August 16, 2019I think the trimming and caulking could have been done better. I thought they were excellent because they started and finished the job with the same crew.

Metal Shingles Hudson, WI Review
Review: October 23, 2019Completion: September 1, 2019I still like the product but I would like to have better service like we did the first time. They definitely could improve on the supplies and making sure there were enough supplies here. I am looking for someone to come and still finish a piece on my house that hasn't been done. They couldn't do it at the time because they were busy. I would like someone to give me a call about that.

Metal Shingles Lyle, WA Review
Review: October 22, 2019Completion: October 22, 2019Work on the price, and I think you will get yourself a lot of business. A lot of the labor varies whether you take off the roof or not and includes the cost of removing the roof, and in my case, they would not be taking away anything, so I am still trying to figure out why it would be a two-day job when it's not that big of a roof.

Metal Shingles Binbrook, ON Review
Review: October 22, 2019Completion: August 20, 2019I have recommended the company and my friend got their roof done as well. I was extremely impressed and there was nothing that I was disappointed about. It was a very professional job from beginning to end. I would like to say thank you.

Metal Shingles Chicago, IL Review
Review: October 22, 2019Completion: October 22, 2019I will never recommend this company. I cannot believe the pricing can be that far off. A company cannot sign a contract, say that the product has been ordered, and then come back and say it's $20,000 more. That's absurd.

Metal Shingles Locust Hill, ON Review
Review: October 22, 2019Completion: September 30, 2019See other comments. Interlock Roofing could have improved communication and customer service. We were very pleased with the beginning part of the interaction, but as soon as the contract was signed, there was no contact.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: October 21, 2019Completion: September 24, 2019On one edge of the roof it looks like a trim piece had been removed along the length of the roof to accommodate the new roof; the exposure of unpainted wood had not been communicated to us by the roofers. Other than that no concerns or issues - the experience went well and was essentially painless! Excellent experience, quality and workmanship. The installation and sales teams were professional and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Interlock in future.

Review: October 21, 2019Completion: September 27, 2019The crew was very aware because a couple of days before, a big, heavy rainstorm was coming. So they came after and I thought it was very good planning and awareness of the process. That was much appreciated.

Metal Shingles West Kelowna, BC Review
Review: October 17, 2019Completion: September 9, 2019They could have improved with proper training of the installation crew. The big issue was with the installer. With regard to the installation, they need to improve the training of the installation crew and the installation crew needs to be better at communicating. Lots of broken promises.

Metal Shingles Beaverton, OR Review
Review: October 16, 2019Completion: September 8, 2019The crew did not have all the materials and had to make a trip to get the rest of the materials. Displeased with them not telling us they were going to cut a hole in our roof and left the attic full of sawdust.
