It wasn't tinted as requested and when I had it tinted before installation, there were problems with the foam sealant around its' frame (it would have leaked) What about the sign you left here?

When they dropped off the roofing materials, I assumed it would start within a couple of days and it wasn't until a couple of weeks. Everything was left out in the rain. The guys coming to install the roof gave us a 12 hours warning before they showed up. Because of the timing of everything, I was away that weekend and my husband had our kids to deal with so he wasn't checking the phones at 8:00 at night.
