Metal Shingles North Reading, MA Review
Review: November 25, 2019Completion: October 15, 2019the sales team was right on with the pricing, measuring sq ft, never tried to charge me more after the fact. Jennifer was terrific with scheduling and keeping me up to date on weather related delays. She worked very well with my solar panel company so all the scheduling of the panel installation went without any glitches. The crew was safe, took the time to protect my property, efficient and performed to the exacting standards of the manufacturer. Dimitri gave me his cell number in case I had… Read more →

Review: November 25, 2019Completion: October 22, 2019They need to follow through with receipts. I haven't received a written warranty. It is mostly the office communication I want them to send me my receipt and written warranty.

Metal Shingles Acton, ON Review
Review: November 21, 2019Completion: October 15, 2019They could have improved on better communication, and the project was delayed because they could not process the change that I put in within a timely manner. They also had trouble sorting out the billing statement.

Review: November 19, 2019Completion: October 14, 2019Interlock Roofing could have improved follow through with customer service. We love the roof, and other than the small hiccup with the installation date, everything went well.

Metal Shingles Milford, ON Review
Review: November 17, 2019Completion: October 22, 2019No suggestions. I was not on site for the installation work. The job looks good. The crew re-installed my gutter leaf guards, and I thought from initial discussions that they would be lost.. I am assuming that my roof leaks are a thing of the past but may not have proof of that until we get heavy rainfall next year.

Aluminum Roofing Edmonton, AB Review
Review: November 15, 2019Completion: September 10, 2017Review posted September 2019; Roof installed September 2017 in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I dealt with Derek B who explained the Interlock Metal Roofing materials and technology, their warranty and the training of the installers in person. He sent me aluminum samples in my short list of colors and provided me with addresses of previous customers so I could see examples of their finished roofs near my home. My Black Slate Interlock Metal Roofing aluminum roof was installed in September 2017.… Read more →

Aluminum Shingles Northampton, MA Review
Review: November 15, 2019Completion: May 19, 2017I've had an Interlock metal roof on my house and garden shed for two years now. It's absolutely gorgeous. Everyone thinks it's a slate roof! I've had no problems with it. The installation was amazing! A crew of 11 showed up early in the morning and were almost completely done in one day on both buildings. They were so professional. I highly recommend Interlock for both their high quality product and their great people.

Aluminum Roofing Beiseker, AB Review
Review: November 15, 2019Completion: June 19, 2017Outstanding service and product! We had our roof replaced with Interlock Metal Roofing a few years ago and couldn't be happier with the results! Our energy bill dropped dramatically the very first summer as there was no need to run the air conditioner. The roof looks awesome and doubled our curb appeal. You cant go wrong with this product!

Metal Shingles Salem, OR Review
Review: November 15, 2019Completion: June 6, 2015Excellent product and insulation was also excellent. I would recommend this product as the last roof your house will ever need. The fir needles wash off with a good rain and the slate roof looks just like slate. AAA+++

Metal Shingles Qualicum Beach, BC Review
Review: November 15, 2019Completion: November 4, 2019Interlock Roofing could have improved during the project because of the measurements. Randal was very upfront in the fact that there was a measurement issue for the total length of the panels. It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

Metal Shingles Kelso, WA Review
Review: November 14, 2019Completion: October 2, 2019COMMUNICATION!!Don't make appointments and then not show up, don't miss appointments and make customers call for days to find out why and when the new appointment will be just to not show up again. ANSWER the PHONE when people call, having customers sit without information is infuriating and just makes them unhappy from the start. So...Communication and customer service improvement would be great. We were very upset with the wasting of our vacation time...

Metal Shingles Kanata, ON Review
Review: November 13, 2019Completion: October 31, 2019Missing material caused a day delay. This could have been avoided. But this was a minor issue overall. We live on a charming street. The interlock’s signage however is not fitting to the look and feel of a residential street and lacks street appeal. May be time for a new signage?

Metal Shingles Sooke, BC Review
Review: November 9, 2019Completion: October 30, 2019I already have. I think the only thing for the company is to hire more workers just so target installation doesn't get delayed. We were supposed to be installed in July. It was installed in September. That's the thing--more manpower for the company. Other than that, Interlock was great from the beginning. We're very satisfied. It looks great, and now I don't have to worry about my roof.

Review: November 8, 2019Completion: October 10, 2019Longer wait for installation than expected. The supplied skylight had issues that had to be fixed by myself. It wasn't tinted as requested and when I had it tinted before installation, there were problems with the foam sealant around its' frame (it would have leaked) What about the sign you left here?

Metal Shingles Halifax, NS Review
Review: November 7, 2019Completion: November 7, 2019I found calling the national number somewhat frustrating. I would much prefer a local contact. I learned the exact date of the roofing project when Will arrived on a Friday afternoon and began setting up scaffolding. I had been told a week earlier that the start would be in 7-10 days. We had been waiting since Spring so I didn’t know if that would happen until Will arrived.I thought the crew was fantastic. All skilled and extremely hard working. We are very pleased with the results. I have not… Read more →
