I think they could have improved on debris containment when they were removing the old roof. I was overall happy with the finished product.

When they did make it out, it ended up there was only one installer that did 99% of the work, and it could have been done much quicker had they had a full installation crew. The installer was excellent.

It was unsightly and could have resulted in the product being stolen. This was not acceptable. Due to the late execution of the work, the weather was not suitable for this type of work. While the team attempted to keep the work site clean the snow covered much of the roofing debris. I am very disappointed and disgusted with the product and customer service that I have seen. They made this winter a living hell and have ruined my porch. They will not respond. I can't believe they won't respond. I think the Interlock parent company should consider separating themselves from midwest Interlock to keep themselves maintained.

We signed the contract in March 2019 and the roofer didn't show up until late Octorber 2019 One day Jacob and his helper showed up for work at 10 am and left for lunch at 12 pm, not coming back to work until 2:30 pm and leaving for the day at 4 pm. A few weeks later Jacob finally came back to finish the job and worked solely by himself. Worked quite late everyday to catch up. He could have really used a trained helper.
