The garbage bin was placed in an odd position (not where Mike had said) which made parking difficult for a couple weeks. Removal of all items at the end of the job instead of leaving plywood at the jobsite would have been nice. I've had no problems with it. The installation was amazing! A crew of 11 showed up early in the morning and were almost completely done in one day on both buildings. They were so professional. I highly recommend Interlock for both their high quality product and their great people.

Randal was very upfront in the fact that there was a measurement issue for the total length of the panels. It was an unfortunate missed oversight, but in terms of how it got handled and addressed, I was pleased. They were very professional and I was more than happy to continue working with them for the roof. All in all, I am satisfied with the process.

ANSWER the PHONE when people call, having customers sit without information is infuriating and just makes them unhappy from the start. So...Communication and customer service improvement would be great. We were very upset with the wasting of our vacation time...

We were supposed to be installed in July. It was installed in September. That's the thing--more manpower for the company. Other than that, Interlock was great from the beginning. We're very satisfied. It looks great, and now I don't have to worry about my roof.
