Review: February 7, 2020Completion: January 23, 2020Their starter strips could have been talked about it to be more straight than crooked. We still have some work to do the house and I want the same installation crew. I want to make sure I can get the same installation crew.

Review: February 5, 2020Completion: December 20, 2019I am happy with the durability of the roof and warranty that was provided. I was also pleased with the workmanship of the employees. I think they could have improved on debris containment when they were removing the old roof. I was overall happy with the finished product.

Metal Shakes Duncan, BC Review
Review: February 4, 2020Completion: November 1, 2019We would have appreciated it if Interlock Roofing could have gotten to our roof faster. When they did make it out, it ended up there was only one installer that did 99% of the work, and it could have been done much quicker had they had a full installation crew. The installer was excellent.

Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: February 4, 2020Completion: November 18, 2019They could improve with the salesman explaining the charge better. How they charge for more per square feet to account for any waste to be added for the product, then actual footage versus the service installation cost. Also there was extra materials at the end of the job they did not use and they did not leave it here for me. They need to explain to the home owner what happens to the extra left over materials when we have paid for them. One thing I was concerned about was the materials that… Read more →

Metal Shingles Delaware, ON Review
Review: February 4, 2020Completion: November 19, 2019The material was dropped of on our driveway at least three weeks before the work commenced. This was a problem. It was unsightly and could have resulted in the product being stolen. We are happy with the end result, but we are unhappy with the clean up.

Metal Shingles Tiny, ON Review
Review: February 3, 2020Completion: January 10, 2020Maurice came in contact with me, with regards in the weather and if it was possible to work on the roof safety. The job took about a month to complete. But with the snow, rain, wind, and holidays, the guys did a great job. The answer about the job site being cleaned up because of the snow, it didn't help the guys with the clean-up of the debris. Maurice instructed me to call him in the spring when the snow is gone so he can come back to the house and clean up the debris that was covered by the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Ottawa, ON Review
Review: February 3, 2020Completion: November 15, 2019I'm a happy customer overall. The only issue was during the initial installation, I wasn't home and the guys proceed the work as schedule without me being there. I have specific instruction that I need to see their training certificates and proof of insurance before they can do the work on the property but they didn't wait. Mind you, this is just a minor mis communication and they have all the information with them readily available when I went home to see them. Going forward, I just wish that… Read more →

Metal Shingles Bothell, WA Review
Review: February 3, 2020Completion: January 27, 2020Before the job I requested information about methods for installing solar on the roof together with the interlock product. I do understand that this was around New Year’s time, however, the company was unresponsive to emails for more than a week until Paul used his internal contacts to get things going. An automated response could have been a better result if everybody was out.

Metal Shingles Beverly, MA Review
Review: February 3, 2020Completion: February 3, 2020The only area that I think could have been improved on was the English language skills of the crew. They were great, unbelievably hardworking, and very nice, there were just times when we had to communicate via some form of sign language. I was impressed. Often there's a difference between what you're sold and what is delivered, I believe I got what I was sold and I am very satisfied.
