They were great, unbelievably hardworking, and very nice, there were just times when we had to communicate via some form of sign language. I was impressed. Often there's a difference between what you're sold and what is delivered, I believe I got what I was sold and I am very satisfied.

We signed the contract in March 2019 and the roofer didn't show up until late Octorber 2019 One day Jacob and his helper showed up for work at 10 am and left for lunch at 12 pm, not coming back to work until 2:30 pm and leaving for the day at 4 pm. A few weeks later Jacob finally came back to finish the job and worked solely by himself. Worked quite late everyday to catch up. He could have really used a trained helper.

It happened that I was almost home when they called to let me know they were done , so they could take the balance of payment, but they might have had to wait for a quite a while had I not been almost home or had plans.
