Review: April 15, 2020Completion: August 31, 2016Hi everybody! I bought a house with a metal roofing. I transferred the warranty over. Everything was smooth and easy. Reception was so helpful, kind and professional. Mr. John, the service guy, is awesome. Very handy, professional and knowledgeable. The repair I had was complex and scary. Mr. John fixed it so easy. If you get him to fix your roof, you are very lucky. **Positive: **Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value **Services: **Roof repair

Metal Shingles Surrey, BC Review
Review: April 15, 2020Completion: March 23, 2020When I agreed to have the work done, I wanted to do my shed on my own and just purchase the materials from Interlock and that didn't seem to be an available option. The only thing additionally I would like is to purchase the materials to do my shed, on my own, so it would match my home.

Metal Shingles Wrentham, MA Review
Review: April 14, 2020Completion: March 17, 2020The roof does look nice. There has been no change in the “loudness” of it as some people thought with a metal roof. However that might be due to the fact that this was an overlay.I also didn’t appreciate the pressure to sign a check during the “free consultation”- I think that approach would turn off many potential buyers - even if it is good for the salesperson.

Metal Shingles Burnsville, MN Review
Review: April 14, 2020Completion: March 25, 2020Communication - it was terrible - the initial meeting took place as schedule and I did receive a phone call about start of the project and if possible could the project start earlier - which I agreed to. The project date came and went - I called numerous times and never heard back from any one. When I did call the first time - the person who answered the phone told me that it was scheduled for end of December. Again that came and went. I called a few more times - starting to get frustrated -… Read more →

Review: April 14, 2020Completion: March 20, 2020The delivery of materials via Comox... was odd, spotty, and slow. You have me on record after talking with your office. Your response was very good.

Metal Shingles White Bear Lake, MN Review
Review: April 14, 2020Completion: March 31, 2020The crew leader was supposed to come back to install 5 more snow guards and hasn't yet. They haven't put any sign up in the yard and with our busy road, it would get a lot of views. We've had lots of people stop to talk to us or stop to take pictures.

Review: April 14, 2020Completion: March 30, 2020I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the roof installation. All of the employees from sales to installation were very prompt, courteous and obliging. Everything was explained in detail. Everything was confirmed including delivery of the material. I am happy to recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone considering having roofing work done.

Metal Shingles Dieppe, NB Review
Review: April 3, 2020Completion: March 9, 2020I was surprised to not have a supervisor on-site to inspect the work. I had a hard time getting ahold of Bob to discuss the materials left on site. They could've communicated a little better at the end of the project. The service was good and the install team was open to any feedback I had to give them. They were very professional.

Metal Shingles Bremerton, WA Review
Review: March 24, 2020Completion: February 5, 2020I think better communication at the beginning of the project and let me know when it would start would have made it much better. It would have prevented an issue at the beginning of the project. It is never good to start a project with an issue. I think someone should have notified me ahead of the time when they were coming or when to expect the delivery of material. The crew got here and they had to call for more material and they let me know. The head of the crew was very informative and let… Read more →

Metal Shingles Chicago, IL Review
Review: March 24, 2020Completion: February 12, 2020I only say 2 due to the months of delay between buying the product and the work actually being done. They could have improved the scheduling issues as well as their communication with me about the delay, rather than just leaving me hanging. Everything was great except for the scheduling and lack of communication surrounding that issue.

Review: March 23, 2020Completion: February 29, 2020Snow guards. Maybe better placement on the roof or more of them. 5 were put in. Might have gone with 7 to protect 1 set of wires. But so far no issue. Snow never seems to be deeper than 2 inches before sliding off.
