Review: May 19, 2020Completion: April 27, 2020There were a few discrepancies from what John had to say and what the construction manager said. Other than that everything was pretty much the way I expected it to be, if not better.

Metal Shingles New Berlin, WI Review
Review: May 11, 2020Completion: May 11, 2020The salesperson's phone number didn't' have any information on it, to who I was calling. Their name or business wasn't available there. I wasn't sure If I was leaving the information with the right person. The manager didn't speak with their other employees about the organization. When he talked to me he was degrading. He said a lot of lies and things that were not true. He was trying to make me believe it was my fault. They had my down payment for 6 months and didn't bother to order the… Read more →

Review: May 8, 2020Completion: March 23, 2020The interval between communications was a bit stretched out given the delays that were in part due to my schedule, in part due to weather. No problem, but I would have preferred to hear from Interlock Roofing a bit more frequently.

Metal Shingles Sherwood, OR Review
Review: May 7, 2020Completion: April 21, 2020We already have! Communication between Interlock and installers. We are happy with our new roof and we understand that things don't always go according to plan. We weren't really happy about the deep ruts in our lawn and the broken stonework on our patio due to them overloading the trailer with roof tile instead of taking it away more frequently so the load was not so heavy. We warned them the yard was soft and to be careful not to break the stonework! They laid down plywood but then ended up… Read more →
