Metal Shingles West Kelowna, BC Review
Review: July 13, 2020Completion: June 23, 20201. When you sell a feature like the dead valley closure and then decide not to install this, this should be communicated to the customer.

Review: July 9, 2020Completion: June 15, 2020We were totally treated like VIP's by both the Sales dept. and the installation crew. Would we do this again? YES. I see no need for them to improve over what they do now. I believe you have a full appreciation of my satisfaction already.

Metal Shingles Shoreline, WA Review
Review: June 26, 2020Overall it was a good experience, it was a little rushed at first, but not due to pressure from them, but pressure from myself that I needed to get things moving. The sales reps I worked with were helpful. I submitted a deposit and then when I realized I needed to cancel the contract, within the timeframe contractually allowed, that is when I realized I needed to send a registered letter. Damon let me know that it wasn't strictly necessary, but given that was in the contract, and the contract… Read more →

Metal Tiles Cumberland, RI Review
Review: June 15, 2020Completion: May 13, 2020Nazar was the Interlock person in charge of the job.He proved himself a knowledgeable, courteous professional. On day, when I was disconcerted because the crew didn't show up, as expected, he was as surprised as I . He gave me his phone number and suggested I phone him should additional problems arise. Nevertheless, that he did not know that the crew failed to report for work, which suggests a lack of communication between the job manager and the crew.

Standing Seam Salem, OR Review
Review: June 15, 2020Completion: February 26, 2018We had our roof replaced about 1.5 years ago with Interlock and the experience was amazing. They were easy to schedule, matched their estimate to the cent, helped us find a great financing company, and were ahead of schedule. The whole process from meeting & picking from a great selection to watching them tear down layers of shingles and apply a seamless roof was impressively efficient. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Value

Metal Shingles Calgary, AB Review
Review: June 14, 2020Completion: May 6, 2020Should have let me know ahead of time that the installers were to be given the final payment cheque before they left the site. Northeast Calgary just endured a vicious 4 hour long rain and hail storm. The roof took the onslaught tremendously well, we were keeping a close eye on it from the windows when the 1" diameter hail started pounding down, no damage at all. We are very satisfied with roofing product installed by Interlock. Thank you and God bless everyone who is employed there.
