They’d done a lot of research looking for a roof similar to the slate they had in Switzerland. We worked with Bob to get the best option for us, and he was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the process. Two years on were very happy with the roof. I will say you do want to factor the snow/ice slide effect, and where the roof slope falls in relation to your car, etc. When it comes down, it can come down hard. Dated invoices claiming 100% complete should not be issued until the work is 100% complete. 3. I had asked about assistance with the final inspection and Todd promised he would send Mike to check at completion BUT Mike never showed up: Don't promise what you do not deliver. Susan, the primary customer is generally pleased with her new roof.
