Metal Shingles Russell, ON Review
Review: August 7, 2020Completion: July 17, 2020From the sales experience to the installation team, very professional and knowledgeable. We notice the difference in the house and its looks amazing! Everyone comments on it and asks about it. The installation team worked in the hottest days of the year and never lost the smile on their faces. Great experience and great product! Installation is longer would have been good to understand (9days)

Metal Shingles Standard, AB Review
Review: August 7, 2020Completion: July 18, 2020The one thing that could have been improved upon was that there were several times I left messages and didn't get an answer back. When I phoned Mathew, he answered right away, but I didn't get an answer right away from the main office.

Metal Shingles Port Moody, BC Review
Review: July 24, 2020Completion: June 30, 2020Professional Completion and Problem Resolution are the main areas that need to be improved. I suggest you have someone inspect the installation when it is completed. Soffit vents should be an item to select on the contract so the inspection can check the work against what was contracted. I shouldn't have to identify the issues and ensure there is follow up.

Metal Shingles Barrington, IL Review
Review: July 20, 2020Completion: June 23, 2020Don't say you do sky lights, you obviously do not have skill or accessibility to materials in this area, took almost two years to complete the sky light installation. Got the run around to where window was and when it would be installed. The sky light you installed is not the quality we expected after a nearly two year delay. We had no idea it would just be set in with 2"x4" pieces of wood and would not be finished on the inside, leaving us to waterproof and tile on the inside of the shower.… Read more →

Metal Shingles Manotick, ON Review
Review: July 17, 2020Completion: June 29, 2020The only issue I had was the unprofessional language some of the workers used. There was also a lot of nails left behind that after they left, we picked up. We are happy with the roof.

Metal Shingles Concord, NH Review
Review: July 17, 2020Completion: July 17, 2020They got us scheduled earlier than expected, which was great. They did the entire roof in a day and a half, and they cleaned up after themselves, they worked fast, were very nice, and I highly recommend them to anyone. They could have improved with my understanding of the expectations throughout the project; it could have been better explained. they were great scheduled early, squeaky clean when they left.

Metal Shingles Ottawa, ON Review
Review: July 16, 2020Completion: June 30, 2020We are quite happy with the installers. They are very thorough. They took their time and did not rush. They were very friendly. They knew what they were talking about. They had to go get some extra pieces of wood during the project and they did not charge us anything. I was very happy that the all-in price was the all-in price even though they had to buy additional products. The only downside was the fact that it took them 6 days to install the roof. We were told it would only take 3 days. They… Read more →

Aluminum Shingles Toronto, ON Review
Review: July 15, 2020Completion: September 27, 2018Found this option based on what a neighbor installed. They’d done a lot of research looking for a roof similar to the slate they had in Switzerland. We worked with Bob to get the best option for us, and he was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the process. Two years on were very happy with the roof. I will say you do want to factor the snow/ice slide effect, and where the roof slope falls in relation to your car, etc. When it comes down, it can come down hard. They do install breakers to… Read more →

Review: July 15, 2020Completion: July 18, 2017Installation was performed in a very professional and timely manner. We are very satisfied with our new roof. We haven't had any issues or any need for follow up. My only negative is I think the metal roof has a few more winter ice dam issues than we had with our old shakes roof. **Positive: **Quality **Services: **Roof installation
