On the flatter portion of our roof many of the new shingles are damaged from the installers walking on it. Cannot see it from the ground and only found it when I was cleaning our chimney.

The tearing down of the shakes,and delivery of plywood to three efficient locations, took up a lot of room and time and was compromised by the space already taken up by pre-delivered materials. I suggest you have someone inspect the installation when it is completed. Soffit vents should be an item to select on the contract so the inspection can check the work against what was contracted. I shouldn't have to identify the issues and ensure there is follow up.

Got the run around to where window was and when it would be installed. The sky light you installed is not the quality we expected after a nearly two year delay.
