Found this option based on what a neighbour installed. They’d done a lot of research looking for a roof similar to the slate they had in Switzerland. We worked with Bob to get the best option for us, and he was very honest and knowledgeable throughout the process. Two years on were very happy with the roof. I will say you do want to factor the snow/ice slide effect, and where the roof slope falls in relation to your car, etc. When it comes down, it can come down hard. They do install breakers to prevent any injury over walkouts, and we’ll install more in the future. All told, one of the best things we could do to permanently upgrade our home.
