Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: September 9, 2020Completion: August 31, 2020According to my tenant, there was some damage done to a light fixture during the project. They did not ask the tenant if everyone and everything was ok after the completed project so I think that could be something they could improve on. I replaced the broken light fixture myself. I think they could follow up after the completed project to ensure that everything went well and there were no issues.

Metal Shingles Woodlawn, ON Review
Review: September 8, 2020Completion: August 21, 2020They used my old plumbing stack instead of replacing it, so he was supposed to come and spray paint it black so that it matches the new roof. If they have not done that, I still need them to come do that. I don't know how often they are in the area. I'm very happy with my roof.

Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: September 7, 2020Completion: August 11, 2020Interlock Roofing did a very nice job putting the roof on. The folks who worked on the roof were very courteous and were very hardworking. I even got a compliment from a neighbor about the crew and that they were hardworkers. It's the cleanest myself or my neighbors have ever seen that amount of debri put where it should have been. They were top notch and left a great impression. I am still waiting on my receipt and warranty. Also, I want to see how the roof handles in wet weather.

Metal Shingles Canaan, NS Review
Review: September 7, 2020Completion: August 10, 2020There were only 2 crew members and they were worked very hard. More more could have gotten the job done better. The brochure that John gave us showed that a lot of homes had white starter strips. What arrived was a starter strip that was gray. We were informed that they didn't have white starter strips. We ended up hand painting all 38 strips ourselves.

Metal Shingles Ariss, ON Review
Review: September 5, 2020Completion: August 29, 2020From my initial contact with Interlock to the sales visit and installation the experience has been excellent. Not only do I have a wonderful roof that will last a lifetime; I have peace of mind. The overall experience has been excellent. Thank you Interlock! Sales should call to see how installation is going and the sales person should drop by after the job to see if we are satisfied. Perhaps he does that to deliver the warranty? Would be a nice touch with such a large purchase.

Review: September 4, 2020Completion: August 18, 2020We are happy with the product but concerned about the installation. We have a current issues with how the product was installed which resulted in water damage. At this time although we like the product, we have an issue that prevents us from recommending it to friends. Having a project manager on site the whole time would have made this better. There were communication issues. Part of the sales pitch as that they were diligent in cleaning and they were not. It would have been nice to have the… Read more →
