They did not ask the tenant if everyone and everything was ok after the completed project so I think that could be something they could improve on. I replaced the broken light fixture myself. I think they could follow up after the completed project to ensure that everything went well and there were no issues.

The brochure that John gave us showed that a lot of homes had white starter strips. What arrived was a starter strip that was gray. We were informed that they didn't have white starter strips. We ended up hand painting all 38 strips ourselves.

I even got a compliment from a neighbor about the crew and that they were hardworkers. It's the cleanest myself or my neighbors have ever seen that amount of debri put where it should have been. They were top notch and left a great impression. I am still waiting on my receipt and warranty. Also, I want to see how the roof handles in wet weather.
