Not only do I have a wonderful roof that will last a lifetime; I have peace of mind. The overall experience has been excellent. Thank you Interlock! Sales should call to see how installation is going and the sales person should drop by after the job to see if we are satisfied. Perhaps he does that to deliver the warranty? Would be a nice touch with such a large purchase.

It looks so sleek and modern and it was a great experience from estimate to installation! N/a Metal roofing is more expensive than asphalt, that’s a known variable. The put the original flashing on, and I requested they put the flashing on that came with the roof, and they did. It looks much better. It was nice of them to change it for me. I was very pleased. Communication , properly trained staff, I have seen better treatment from management when I spent $10 for a bad hamburger than I received from Interlok after spending $25,000 for a new roof. Seems like they just don't care once they have your money.

Sometimes you get the good people, sometimes you get the bad ones--but they dealt with it accordingly, and it was great. They could improve by being more selective on the crew they hire. I just love the new roof, and I'm very happy with the work.

It would cut into their time but then the debris would not be so haphazardly cast around and the planet and garbage dump would benefit. Overall we are pleased and keen on seeing how the roof (and our new eaves-troughs) hold up to the winter snow. All people we met were quite friendly and helpful. We will likely recommend the product and people to others.

Overall, we think the new roof is wonderful. We have noticed cooler temperatures this summer which is a pleasant surprise. The garbage left behind for several days after completion was not acceptable. The mess attracted rodents and smelled terrible.
