I found calling the national number somewhat frustrating. I would much prefer a local contact. I learned the exact date of the roofing project when Will arrived on a Friday afternoon and began setting up scaffolding. I had been told a week earlier that the start would be in 7-10 days. We had been waiting since Spring so I didn’t know if that would happen until Will arrived.I thought the crew was fantastic. All skilled and extremely hard working. We are very pleased with the results. I have not received a receipt for our full payment. I have not received a warranty. I need documentation for my home insurance provider.
