Metal Shakes Osoyoos, BC Review
Review: October 11, 2019Completion: September 19, 2019They were unreliable and understaffed--unreliably understaffed. Great product, no service. They could have improved on staffing--people who could physically work. Forget about people who do the administrative work--there are too many of them and not enough people to do the physical work. They were also unaware of the fact that there was damage to the interior.

Metal Shingles Dieppe, NB Review
Review: October 11, 2019Completion: August 8, 2019Interlock Roofing could have improved on the installation part. I am extremely satisfied with the project. During the installation there were smokers and they left cigarette butts after.

Metal Shingles North Dartmouth, MA Review
Review: October 10, 2019Completion: August 31, 2019They could have improved on the project by having a manager on site who could speak English. They did not tell me how many pieces of plywood were going on top of the house and Micheal gave me the wrong price of the plywood which made the cost go up.

Metal Shingles Vancouver, WA Review
Review: October 10, 2019Completion: August 13, 2019The clean up could have been better. I was picking up nails for weeks. I said something to someone about it, they stated they would come out to take a look, but never did.

Metal Shingles East Freetown, MA Review
Review: October 10, 2019Completion: October 10, 2019The price is high and my brother-in-law, who lives in another state and is familiar with metal roofs, said the cost is just really out of range compared to what he was saying it should cost. They wanted to charge me $1k per square foot. Maybe for young people or million-dollar homes that would work, but for people like us, who are on a fixed income, or depending on what stage they are in their life, it's too high.

Review: October 10, 2019Completion: September 30, 2019There were some issues with communication. Prior to the project beginning I received a voicemail message. When I tried to call back, multiple times, I was never able to connect with them.

Metal Shingles Clatskanie, OR Review
Review: October 9, 2019Completion: September 4, 2019Communication from office staff on installation date. Evidently my office person went on maternity leave and there was no one to back her up or to retrieve her phone messages or her email. Had to call our wonderful Sales rep to get any updates.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: October 9, 2019Completion: September 17, 2019We have had a lot of people ask us about our new roof, we have the big sign out in our yard and a lot of people have taken note of the sign and written down the information. We actually had someone stop by to look at the work that was being done and making remarks that they liked the roofing. I cannot think of any areas because they cleaned up after themselves, they did things in an orderly fashion and made sure we could get in and out of hour without issues.

Metal Shingles Orillia, ON Review
Review: October 9, 2019Completion: September 25, 2019Should be a shorter waiting period to get a job done. Looks really good. Would be more attractive to many people if the price was a bit lower.
