When I told the installers it was a 4-day project he clearly indicated that the 4 days was not a realistic time frame. That isn't a big thing for me but if I would have known it was a 2-week job up front, I would have probably been fine it. Call me in a year and I will let you know how this roof works.

The person who was subcontracted dropped of the waste disposal unit early in the morning and he have a huge problem with that because we were not notified. I have a sign on my door that reads "do not disturb night workers present" however, someone from the disposal peered on the window and pounded on the door. I was scared and so was my dog. He was great. The only thing was that we never received a receipt saying that we paid. Overall, we love the product and it was a good install.

The cost of old roof removal was definitely to expensive in my opinion. If your company would allow someone else to strip roof it could still work. I believe you need to work with home owners that would want to strip the roof themselves.

They could have improved on giving the quote sooner and giving a more realistic time frame for installation. This is my third Interlock roof. I am not happy with the time frame, but I am happy with the product.

I had questions about if we should remove the chimney before the roof was installed. I was assured there wasn't going to be a problem. Unfortunately this wasn't the case.
