Metal Shingles Seattle, WA Review
Review: April 11, 2019Completion: March 26, 2019I suggest there be a quality check at the end of the project, to triple check that all the work was done. We realized by chance after the project was over that our bathroom vent wasn't connected. Interlock promptly came and hooked it up, but it soured our view of the whole result, which previously we were thrilled with. It could have been years before we discovered it wasn't hooked up, and meantime our vent would have exhausted into our attic.

Review: April 11, 2019Overall the presentation was nice and the product looks great, but the cost difference is too much given a durable alternative.

Standing Seam Squamish, BC Review
Review: April 11, 2019Completion: March 15, 2019I have already raved to my friends about Interlock Roofing. And so many people have come and commented on how great the job was done, and in such a timely manner. I don't have any comments about this, since start to finish it was a top notch operation.

Metal Shingles North Vancouver, BC Review
Review: April 11, 2019Completion: March 18, 2019Overall experience was great. No real improvement points. The Interlock team accommodated an accelerated start date since we had water issues in the old roof. The project was completed ahead of schedule as well once it started. We also were getting the gutters done at the same time so the Interlock team was able to work with the gutter installers to make sure the roof was installed in a manner that worked seamlessly with the gutters which was appreciated.Another impressive aspect has been the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Ajax, ON Review
Review: April 10, 2019Completion: March 31, 2019The crew and workers are excellent, but the customer service is lacking. I need customer service to step up their game. Interlock Roofing could have improved communication regarding when the workers would be there. We had a good experience with the crew and workers here. It is just the customer service of Interlock Roofing that I have had a problem with.

Metal Shingles Richmond, BC Review
Review: April 10, 2019Completion: March 27, 2019They could have improved on coordination with the trades people. It has to do with where the container was dropped off and it should've been moved somewhere else. When the guys finished, they left a few tarps, extra flashing, and the old skylight, and I would like someone to come pick it all up. They indicated someone would come back to get it but they haven't come or followed up about it.

Review: April 9, 2019Completion: March 31, 2019Crew ran short of materials and had to come back to finish the following week. Wasn't a terrible inconvenience though. I was not on the property for any of the installation but the crew did a great job in a very reasonable time.

Metal Shakes Minden Ontario, ON Review
Review: April 9, 2019They installed my first roof and it looks great. I love the colors that they picked. It is all good. I am excited to have these on. I bought a 50 year shingle and it didn't even last 8 years. Had I done this the first time, I would have been ahead. I am excited about the product.
