Clarification of non-standard items such as gutter removal and replacement for all types of roof and skylights between salesperson and installation crew as what is promised is not always deliverable.

The put the original flashing on, and I requested they put the flashing on that came with the roof, and they did. It looks much better. It was nice of them to change it for me. I was very pleased. They could have improved the scheduling issues as well as their communication with me about the delay, rather than just leaving me hanging. Everything was great except for the scheduling and lack of communication surrounding that issue.
