Review: October 9, 2020 Completion: September 8, 2020I think that Interlock Roofing could have done a better job at vetting the subcontractor that they hire for installation of their product. In doing so, it would alleviate poor workmanship of the installation of their roofing system.

For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.

I will not recommend your company to anyone since you communication is terrible and the product quality is still unknown. For the amount of money we spent on a roof I expected to be treated a lot better. Extremely disappointing. Communication by everyone Too many bad things made this experience awful. I really don't have much more to say about it. I wish I went in another direction now.
