  We recently had our roof replaced with interlock aluminum shingles and we love how it made our house stand out in our neighborhood. I would have given 5 stars but there were few things that I wanted to point out. Ross arrived on time and did an excellent presentation. I specifically asked him if their installers are contractors and his answer was no, they are employees of interlock.   Be sure that everything is coordinated so the project starts on time. They need to have enough material and a dump truck so they don't get halfway through and then have to wait. The project manager needs to make sure his voicemail isn't full, return phone calls and emails, and explain why he's not doing that.   The other companies we spoke with came out and talked to us, then sent us a bid. They didn't put pressure on us, which is an important thing, especially because replacing a roof can be very costly. The other companies also went up on our roof to give an estimate, which Interlock did not do.
