It was unclear how long the installation would take. Only one person installed our roof, which meant it took 2 weeks. We did not know it would take that long and wished we were told in advance.
Found alot of metal cuts on my property and continue to find. .also they said they cleaned the troughs which I wasn't expecting. But when I stand on my second floor balcony I can see alot in the lower troughs above my front entrance. I have no idea about the high ones as I cannot see them. But suspect they are the same. The leader names Wyman was the best guy but it's hard for him supervise that many guys.. I love what he did with the flashings and roof channels. Roof looks good and my upper floor is much cooler temperature now.
I wonder why they didn't take down the chimney since I don't use it anymore, but they did cover it. I am glad I got the roof and we are very happy. I would like to request that they send me my Life Time Warranty papers like they promised in Peter and Marie Miller's name.
