This was a steep roof and with only one employee on the job it took much longer than necessary. He took all appropriate safety precautions and wore safety gear but an extra person would have been safer and three times faster. Although not part of the original agreement, I requested some eave troughs to be replaced and gutter guards installed. I am still waiting for this work.
They need to know how important communication is. They need to stay in touch with the customer more often. I am very happy, so far, with the job they did.
I had to get an old pipe removed from the roof and required new shingles to be installed where the pipe was. The roofer showed up on time and went above and beyond to get the roof looking like nothing had ever been there.
I think Interlock Roofing could have improved on their timing.Interlock Roofing was a couple weeks off but I think that was because of another project that they did not get finished. It was not a big deal to me that they were a little late.
I believe you have a very superior product and if I were younger and planning on staying at this address longer I would get your roofing " whithout a doubt"
They could work on their pre and post work. With the pre they could improve the communication as to when the job start time is and with the post they could work on the follow up and organization of the payment.
