Communication - it was terrible - the initial meeting took place as schedule and I did receive a phone call about start of the project and if possible could the project start earlier - which I agreed to. The project date came and went - I called numerous times and never heard back from any one. When I did call the first time - the person who answered the phone told me that it was scheduled for end of December. Again that came and went. I called a few more times - starting to get frustrated - finally sent in a message to a link on the internet and finally got a call from Al and the communication greatly improved and finally got the projected scheduled and completed. The concern about this - is you start to wonder if this is a company I want to work with - because what will happen if I have any issues with the roof and I not able to get it resolved.
