Not only do we value the new look of our roof but the performance of the new roof has been exceptional.
They were courteous and very efficient. They did a fine job.
The one thing that we were disappointed in was clean-up afterward. The crew finished after dark just before Thanksgiving so I can understand how nails and metal scraps weren't seen. Timing was tough with the holiday too. At the same time, we needed things picked up so kids could play in the yard. I spent about 90 minutes doing a thorough clean up.

They warned of additional costs for any areas that didn't pertain to the actual project, I didn't appreciate that aspect.
There were some issues with communication. Prior to the project beginning I received a voicemail message. When I tried to call back, multiple times, I was never able to connect with them.
