Everything went according to plan and although I didn't see any of the workers I did get a telephone call to say they were coming and the time they would be there. All the materials were outside ready for them to use so little impact to me since I wasn't able to be there Even though this was an insurance claim there were still no issues and no longer wait time than a regular customer looking for a replacement roof. Definitely worth the extra money and less headaches

Keeping us informed about how long it would take to get the last of the shingles, knowing exactly when the installers were coming back. They loosened the arbor and took a chunk out of the side of the house. They didn't leave a note and we had to find that out for ourselves. I also never received my receipt.
