“He did his presentation very well, but I told him I only wanted a quote and he kept pushing and wanted a check. After he had all our information, we said we had to talk about it. He said he would give us a few minutes. I said we needed more time than that. All I wanted was a quote and we would decide later. My wife said we'd like our information back and he ripped it up in front of us.”
