The lack of communication with between Interlock and ourselves was astounding. We booked thework in May of 2016, were told it would begin in July. We called in August to find out what the delaywas and were told the work would start in September. Finally, after indicating we were ready to cancelthe work did it finally begin in October of 2016. Ridiculous. During the course of the work we receiveda grand total of zero progress updates from Interlock, and if we didn't go out and look at the workfor ourselves, we would have had no idea how the work was proceeding. During the course of the work, we found tools and materials stored inside our vestibule, which was never discussed or requested. It was requested several times that the existing gutters be removed during the roofing process, andassurances were made from Interlock that this request was going to be accommodated. It never was. Now the drip cap completely covers the gutter brackets, which will most likely result some damage to the drip cap when it comes time to remove the gutters. Removing the brackets beforehand, as requested, would have saved us some frustration and grief.Finally, when receiving the most recent call from Shauna apologies were made on my end for forgetting to respond to an earlier voicemail. This was met with a lovely statement to the effect of "you won't forget when I lien your house" which was neither funny nor appreciated. The threat of legal action precipitated a call to my lawyer on the same day. Just to be safe.
