Definitely need better communication between their office and field workers. I received a call initially from a “Benjamin” regarding install date, then a few days later a “Kevin”. Neither of whom I ever met but the office said it was Kevin’s crew doing the install. I had issues with the way tools were left plugged in overnight, product boxes open and bits of roofing material, screws left about my home. Sharp pieces of metal left. I contacted Neil after day four, sent photos of my concerns. The following day the crew arrived but neglected to bring ladders! I provided my own so they could carry on. I never received any follow up to see if I things improved. I feel the workers need something/ someway better to minimize debris, especially dangerous, sharp metal and screws. This was/is an expensive project, I truly hope the product delivers better than the experience, that will only be determined over time. As I have had several different projects and dealt with different companies, I found this very frustrating. Neil advised me when I called reluctant to complain but very concerned, “ we don’t normally get complaints”. I found that off, was I the only homeowner they left such a mess for??? I don’t believe so.
