They also extended the schedule by 5 weeks. The communication could have been a lot better. I sent numerous emails and phone calls to Interlock, just wanting answers or better communication.

The only real complaint I have on the project is the materials at in my driveway ( with plastic and card-board boxes blowing in the wind)for over a week and no one called to organize an installation date and schedule. Review: October 27, 2014Completion: September 15, 2014They could have improved by providing us with an on time delivery. That would be nice. We picked up a few nails and tin around the yard. We weren't impressed with that. I have grandkids that come and play. That was the only concern that I had. We got our warranty information in the mail and our address was wrong. I've got to call and get that corrected. Other than that, it looks great.
