They also extended the schedule by 5 weeks, until they sent in this one guy. The first crew was late everyday, and some days they didn't show up at all. We really liked the look of the wood shakes that we had on our home, so it was important to maintain that. The Cedar Shingle profile was beautiful when we looked at the sample, but the final appearance exceeded our expectation. The only real complaint I have on the project is the materials at in my driveway ( with plastic and card-board boxes blowing in the wind)for over a week and no one called to organize an installation date and schedule. We weren't impressed with that. I have grandkids that come and play. That was the only concern that I had. We got our warranty information in the mail and our address was wrong. I've got to call and get that corrected. Other than that, it looks great.
