“Derek was knowledgeable on the product however was VERY misleading. We were told information that we have now discovered is not exactly what we were told. Derek came to give us an estimate on our roof and told us we had to decide that same day as he wouldn't be able to guarantee the price. He also told us we had 30 years FULL repacement on the roof if anything was wrong and even if there was hail damage up to a 5 on the scale. He also told us the warrenty was fully transferable (no cost was mentioned about transfering the warrenty). Derek had this stuff written on pieces of paper to explain it to us and took the paper with him therefore we have no back up evidence of this. We were not told we had 10 days to consider doing the roof. Had he told us all this information (warrenty, cost for transfer etc) we may have reconsidered doing the roof with InterLock as we do not plan on staying in our house for the next 30+ years. I feel we were very mislead and not satisfied with that. $30,000 is alot of money to come up and decide to spend in 1 hour. Yes he did tell us we could finance the roof. This being said we are having second thoughts in recommending InterLock. If it had not been for Shauna in Calgary and the installers our experience was to say the least not the greatest. It would be appreciated if we did receive a reply to this experience.”
