Sometimes you get the good people, sometimes you get the bad ones--but they dealt with it accordingly, and it was great. They could improve by being more selective on the crew they hire. I just love the new roof, and I'm very happy with the work.

I suggest you have someone inspect the installation when it is completed. Soffit vents should be an item to select on the contract so the inspection can check the work against what was contracted. I shouldn't have to identify the issues and ensure there is follow up.
