Have already recommended product to various friends and customers, one who is already engaged for new roof. 1. the salesmen should return with an installer before project begins to have chimney condition evaluated, what can or cannot be done with existing rain gutter and actually enter the attic to inspect roof boarding in where possible. We were very troubled to think that we just made a major investment to have a roof that was guaranted for 50 years. Then told by crew that chimney should have motor removed etc. sometime in future. ( comments like no chimney won't last 50 yrs) My comment was " I would hope I wouldn't have to deal with chimney with in 50 weeks after new roof!!!!) This survey is on house #320. Want you to know that another house # 350 was installed by same crew a week later. We tried to stay focused on answering questions based on 320. However some of our frustration has reflected between the two jobs. House # 320 was a more satisfactory job then 350. Note: house #350 contract still has unsettled issues .
