Interlock Roofing could have given a realistic start and finish date. They could have better communicated where we were along the line. I am very happy to have a roof over our heads. It has a 50-year guarantee. I am 75 years old, so I really don't need the 50 year guarantee. But, it is very nice.

“If I called the local office, it rang in British Columbia. Which is far from here. They would say that someone would call me, but they would not. After a long time, John would call back. He assured us the roof would be done in June. We told him that it did not matter if it was done in June or July. He insisted that it would be done in June. It was done in August. After we signed the deal, he never called. Finally, my wife and I drove an hour to the office. They had our money, and the roof had been overdue. Finally, the office manager gave us his phone number. From there, it was not bad. At least we met someone, and we were able to speak with them. We knew where our $7,500.00 deposit was. From then on, we would get updates about every 3 weeks. That was fine as long as they were communicating us.”
