Absolutely horrible communications. Phone calls and messages not returned. I thought the company had gone out of business and I had lost my deposit. I was arranging for another company to do the roofing and then communications started up again after about 7 weeks of nothing. The company was very responsive until I paid a deposit, then it was very difficult to reach anybody. Phone calls and messages rarely returned or not returned at all. Keep to a rough timeline. I realize weather can cause delays but to give a start date of early November and not to start until towards the end of January caused a lot of problems.
