I cannot recommend them because of a mistake or carelessness of quoting the job. I talked to Bob about this and he said the company would not move. I asked Bob to give us a little break because we were out. I was ready for a fair settlement that would not give us what we had but something we would accept. Bob said they wouldn't move on anything and it was our problem. I can't recommend them even if it's in my financial interest to do so. This is an unresolved issue and we have not decided how to handle this. We did not negotiate with Bob on the price. He seemed very informed and fair. When we called them back when there was a real issue that resulted from their work, we just got shut down. It's an unresolved issue that will prevent us from recommending the company. We're not sure how broad or specific we're going to address it. Interlock Roofing could improve with the quoting of the work. We were quoted a certain price and once we signed the contract and the installers got here, we were looking at an additional $2000 cost that was associated with the skylights. The skylights were totally visible when the salesperson was here. We were locked in and gave him a deposit of $1300. When the installers came here they said they could not install the roof with the skylights. At this point, we already had a signed contract and paid the deposit. We were already into the transition and had to either spend $2000 or deal with the contract and trying to get our money back. The installers contributed about $600 worth of labor and we were still left with $1400. We didn't get sky lights out of that. Had we installed them we would've been out even more than $2000. That was a minimum fix that resulted in losing the sky lights. I am not satisfied. I took it up with the salesperson and he said too bad, so sad. He was there and looked at the skylights and gave us the price. I would still like to speak with somebody about my issue.
