“The overall effect is great, but a couple of things stand out. I was promised no visible fasteners and there are quite a few screws showing. Even the service guy Steve was surprised by the number of screws. One of the caps on a hip in the back looks like a bag of hammered dicks!!! I can't believe how bad it is. I think it was kicked into place with a frozen boot. The caulking job on the flashing is terrible. Big round blobs of caulk instead of clean, smooth lines. John promised me excellent workmanship. I'm sure that much of it is, but I don't feel that the finishing details are nearly what they should be..”

“There are still hundreds, maybe thousands of roofing nails around. I had to replace a tire due to a puncture that was too close to the sidewall to repair. There was debris in the trees around the house for months. John said that there would be a daily clean-up. Wyman's crew did a terrible job of it.”

“Please! John told me the job would start at the beginning of June and take 3 weeks to complete. It started on November 4th and took until January 27th to complete. I SUPER pissed it was done in the winter. I specifically scheduled early in spring so that it would be done in the summer. I had my eaves and soffits replaced at the end of June and Wyman's crew dented the brand new eaves. Kelly ran over one of my light posts. Not his fault as it was icy, but that wouldn't have happened if the work was done when promised.”
