“I wanted a different style of roof but my wife wanted a certain style. I have had 2 different quotes and they were cheaper and they included everything. I was disappointed when they said they were done and there were no snow guards on my roof. Every other house I have seen have those guards. The salesman said that they don't put them in the quote. He said that they wait a year before they put them in. I was very disappointed with that. They gave me a lame excuse and now I have to go through this winter without snow guards and I am very upset about that. I would like someone would get back to me. I don't know who to talk this about this.”
