“With high winds on this property, the membrane blew off on two separate occasions. Jeremy came out on the next day, both times (weekends were involved) and fixed the problem.”

“We initially were told that installation would begin in November, possibly December. Then we received an email stating that installation would start mid December or possibly early January. On January 8th I called and spoke with Tony. He said the supplies had not left from out west yet but they should arrive by January 18th. From there I received a call on Januart 25th saying that the shingles were here and would be delivered on January 28th. The shingles showed up at 11:00 pm in the middle of a snow storm. Roofing started February 5th and was completed on March 13th.”
