  We bought our home three years ago. It has an interlocking metal roof installed which we think is great. However we noticed that given the profile of the roof near the entry something needed to be done to stop snow from falling onto the entry porch.   Bruce was the individual that completed the initial assessment and we thought he was thorough and we were satisfied with the work that the roofer completed for us. The communication, and follow through to ensure that the roofer arrived and work was started when the caller said work would start. Additionally I expected that we would hear from the company in person after the work was completed.

  They didn't show up when they said they would and it caused problems. I believe they could have improved by arriving on time when they said they would. We wish they arrived in August like they would when we signed the contract.

  Communication is a weak area. Installer had an issue with his vehicle and did not contact us to advise he was unable to proceed with roof install. He came back to the house one week later. I contacted head office advised of the issue left my cell number and email. No one contacted me. Not impressed with Customer Service (not received). Very happy with the product and look.
