Keeping me informed of the delivery and information ahead of time, not just 24 hrs notice. The notice did not allow much time for me to prepare. I also asked several times to talk to the installers ahead of time. I had a few questions Dave Brown couldn’t answer about installation, but didn’t get a response. This is a big expensive job and I would have liked to know how it was going to be done and some of the procedures. All turned out quite well but it was more stressful than it had to be due to unanswered questions. Love my roof. Thanks much!
