“On the back and front of my garage, there is a little lip. They were supposed to shingle both sides with metal. They did the front, but when I noticed the back wasn't done, I talked to them about it. They said it wasn't part of the contract, but it was. I had set that up with the salesperson. When the job was partially complete, the metal part of the roof, I asked if they were going to finish the back half, and he told me it wasn't part of the project. He told me that I should do it, and I can't believe he said that.”
